CarDAQ-Plus from The Drew Technologies is the standard of the industry for J-2534 programming. The CarDAQ-Plus provides programming of related modules and diagnostic interface function for all emissions when subscribed to OEMs offering diagnostics on the J-2534 programming protocol.

Many vehicle issues are solved by OEM calibration programming only, and not by parts’ replacement and diagnostic time on the vehicle! Today’s shops need to offer reprogramming services for this reason, or comebacks and mis-diagnosis can occur!

In addition to emissions-related module reprogramming functions, the CarDAQ-Plus can also be used as a full function, bi-directional, dealer-level scanner with a subscription to the following OEMs:
Toyota/Lexus
BMW/Mini
VW/Audi Family
GM, Tech2Win and GDS2
Jaguar/Land Rover
Volvo VIDA

This means that with the OEM software subscription, this CarDAQ Plus and CarDAQ-M become the actual, full-function OEM scanner, the exact same software used by the dealers.

NOTE: All OEMs must offer diagnostics through J-2534 by 2018. This means the J-2534 device will become more capable, powerful and useful to shops as time goes by. Several manufacturers will be adding diagnostics prior to the 2018 model year!
